After the Baroness successfully retrieved a package from a dead Nazi spy, she discovers the package contains a deadly virus meant to poison the London water supply and kill millions. A courier is sent to carry the package to safety, unfortunately the man sent turned out to be a traitor, and the virus is back in the hands of spies.
