Fred and Portland visit Allen's Alley to ask "How is the traffic dilemma affecting you?" Fred learns he's being sued by Charlie McCarthy. Fred's guest singer can't make it, but sends a young replacement named Frank Sinatra. Fred and Frank perform a hillbilly show set 50 years in the future.
