Edgar gets mixed up trying to tell Charlie a ghost story. Edgar plans to give Charlie a surprise Halloween costume party. Orson Welles invites Edgar and Charlie to the museum where he is to give a lecture, but when the boys arrive, they find Orson working as a tour guide.
